Brief description of this book.
Victoria’s world is turned upside down when her Grandmother Prim dies. Then when a woman comes forward, claiming to be Victoria’s mother. Victoria finds this hard to believe. She has always been told her mother had died. How will she cope?
What did I like about this book?
There is a lot I liked about this book. The characters I deem to be believable and relatable. My favourite character in this book was Daksha. She’s a loyal best friend to Victoria.
I like how also Amanda gave Flynn the “bad” character a vulnerability about him.
Amanda as per usual has written beautifully.
Any dislikes?
This book took me a little while to engage in at the start. But later on, I was hooked.
Do I recommend this book?
Yes, I do recommend this book. This book would be great for fiction lovers, who like an easy read with lots of twists and turns.
